All shipping times below are in compliance with the shipping timeframes provided by our shipping partners. These timeframes do not include processing and monogramming or digital printing times, and may vary during holidays or peak periods.
The processing time for standard delivery is up to 4 business days. For express delivery, the processing time is up to 2 business days. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Australian Orders
Delivery charges for orders within Australia are subject to variation based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be calculated at check out, with prices starting from as low as $8.95.
For orders over $150 AUD (not including bags), we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to eligible locations.
*Express shipping may not be available in some regional & remote locations. If this is the case, express shipping will not be displayed as an option at check out.
New Zealand Orders
Delivery charges for orders to New Zealand are subject to variation based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be calculated at check out, with prices starting from as low as $11.50 NZD.
For orders over $150 NZD (not including bags), we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to eligible locations.
International Orders
Delivery charges for international orders, (excluding New Zealand) are subject to variation based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be calculated at check out.

What are your processing times?
As all of our monogramming is done by hand, we recommend leaving at least 3 business days for your order to be personalised and dispatched from our warehouse.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are personalised and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Who do you ship with?
Your order will be sent using Sendle.
To guarantee a smooth delivery of your order to you, we recommend that your parcel be sent to an address where someone will be able to receive it during business hours. Some carriers require a signature upon delivery, if no one is at the specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, carriers will leave a card. Once a parcel is delivered to a collection point, we are unable to organise a redelivery for you. Parcels are held at a collection point generally for no longer than 7 days before being returned to us.
Can my order be shipped to a P.O Box, or Parcel Locker?
No. If your order is placed with a P.O Box or Parcel Locker address, our Customer Care team will be in touch to organise an alternative/residential address for you order.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my international order?
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to countries outside of Australia.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.
UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.
Where is my parcel? I wasn't home to receive it.
If you are not at your delivery address to accept your parcel, it may have been taken to a collection point or waiting further instruction for re-delivery. This information will be noted in your tracking link.
Should your parcel be returned to us, we will email you regarding re-delivery or alternative options. An additional re-dispatch fee will be charged, and this fee will vary based on the delivery location. If we do not hear back from you within 12 months of your parcel being returned to us, your parcel will be destroyed.
If you select authority to leave at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of you selecting the delivery instruction.
