Shipping policy

All shipping times are in compliance with timeframes provided by our shipping partners and do not include processing and monogramming times. These may vary during holidays or peak periods.

Processing time for standard delivery is up to 4 business days. For express delivery, processing time is up to 2 business days.

Australian Orders

Delivery charges within Australia are calculated at checkout, with prices starting from $9.95. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $16.95. For all Australian orders over $150 AUD, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

New Zealand Orders

Delivery charges for New Zealand orders are calculated at checkout, with prices starting from $11.50 NZD. For all New Zealand orders over $150 AUD, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

International Orders

Delivery charges for international orders (excluding New Zealand) are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination.

Processing Times

As all monogramming is done by hand, we recommend leaving at least 3 business days for your order to be personalised and dispatched.

Dispatch Location

All orders are personalised and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Shipping Carriers

Your order will be shipped using the most efficient option from our carriers, including Australia Post. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours. Parcels are held at collection points for no longer than 7 days before being returned to us.

P.O. Box & Parcel Locker

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange an alternative address.

Taxes & Duties on International Orders

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.

Undelivered Parcels

Should your parcel be returned to us, we will email you regarding re-delivery options. An additional re-dispatch fee will apply. If we do not hear back from you within 12 months, your parcel will be destroyed.

Authority to Leave

By selecting Authority to Leave at checkout, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel unattended. Once marked as delivered, The Daily Edited is not responsible for any loss or theft.
