How can I pay?

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit/debit cards and PayPal. We also accept payments via Afterpay (see terms via https://www.afterpay.com.au/).

I need my order urgently. What should I do?

We do our best to get your personalised products to you as quickly as we can, however please bear in mind that all of our monogramming is done by hand.

We recommend express shipping if your order is time sensitive and your delivery address is in Australia. Unfortunately we can't expedite international orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please take your time whilst checking out and ensure you check the details of your order, as all orders are finalised at checkout and we are unable to accommodate order changes, edits, or cancelations. We recommend double checking all order details before finalising with payment as TDE cannot be held responsible for the purchase of the incorrect product/personalisation as it is at the customers discretion to confirm all details are correct before finalising with payment and receiving the orders confirmation.  

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, and suggest contacting us for assistance prior to purchasing. We apologise for any inconvenience this may
cause. 

What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you see any contact or shipping information on your order confirmation that is incorrect, please reach out to our team here so that we can update the information prior to dispatching your order to you.

If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, please reach out to our team here, and we will sort it out for you as a matter of urgency.

Do you offer discounts on your products?

We don't offer discounts on our products, but if you are a new customer, sign up to our newsletter to receive 10% off your first purchase.

If you are interested in a bulk corporate order, please fill out the Corporate Enquiry Form and one of our team members will be able to assist.

Payment Security

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction and it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Website Security

TDE ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. Our website uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information as it is transmitted over the internet. You can see that SSL is enabled if there is padlock at the top of your browser.
