How can I pay?
We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards. You can also pay via PayPal. We also offer Afterpay (see terms via https://www.afterpay.com.au/).
I need my order urgently. What should I do?
We do our best to get your personalised products to you as quickly as we can. Please bear in mind that all our monogramming is done by hand.
We recommend express shipping if your order is time sensitive and your delivery address is in Australia. Unfortunately we can't expedite international orders.
Changes to your order & cancellations
Please take your time whilst checking out as once your order has been placed, we cannot edit, change or cancel your order. We thank you for your understanding.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you see any information on your order confirmation that is incorrect, please reach out to our team using the submission form so that we can update the information prior to dispatching your order to you.
If you received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, please reach out to our team using the submission form and we will sort it out for you as a matter of urgency.

What happens if the item I want is on pre-order?
Items that are on pre-order will be dispatched from the dates specified in the product description. This is not a delivery date, so if you have any questions relating to the delivery process please reach out to our team using our submission form.
If your order contains any items that are on pre-order, we will only be able to dispatch your order until all of the items are ready to go. If you require an in-stock product sooner, please feel free to place a separate order.
Do you offer discounts on your products?
We don't offer discounts on our products, but if you are a new customer sign up to our newsletter to receive 10% off your first purchase.
If you are interested in a bulk corporate order please fill out the Corporate Request Form and and one of our team members will be able to assist.
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction and it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
TDE ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. Our website uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information as it is transmitted over the internet. You can see that SSL is enabled if there is padlock at the top of your browser.
