Returns, Repairs & Replacements
Personalised Items
Due to the customised nature of monogrammed products, we are unable to accept returns on items with personalisation unless they are defective or faulty. Please note, if you select incorrect personalisation or the wrong phone case size, this does not constitute a product fault.
Non-Personalised Items
If you are unsatisfied with a non-personalised product, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as received. Please note that TDE does not provide free returns and customers are liable for all return shipping charges.
How to Return a Non-Personalised Item
If you have purchased an item without personalisation, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund once returned to us. The item must have proof of purchase, be in the same condition as when it was sent to you, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Product Issues
We quality check all products prior to dispatch. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for a pure change of mind on a personalised product. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us at info@thedailyedited.com within 5 business days.
Repairs
At this time, we do not facilitate repairs on our products. If your TDE piece needs repairing, we recommend taking it to a leather repairs company local to you.
Returned Orders
Where orders are returned to our warehouse due to failed deliveries, non-acceptance of delivery, or return to sender, TDE Australia will process a refund net of any additional shipping charges along with a restocking fee of $20.00 AUD. Only non-personalised items, unused, still in their original condition and packaging can be restocked.
Failed Deliveries
Where a delivery cannot be made at the destination address due to no fault of TDE Australia, TDE will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges related to the items being returned to our warehouse. Any additional costs charged by a courier for future delivery attempts will be passed on to the customer.
