Orders — Personalised Items

Due to the customised nature of monogrammed products, we are unable to accept returns on items with personalisation unless they are defective or faulty.

Orders — Non-Personalised Items

If you are unsatisfied with a non-personalised product, you may return it within the specified return period. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as received.

Complimentary Monogramming

The offer for complimentary monogramming may be subject to exclusions on products that are on promotion or markdown. We recommend checking the specific product page for more information.

International Orders

Depending on the country of destination, there may be applicable taxes and duties. Customers should check with their local authority before purchasing. TDE Australia is not responsible for the payment of those duties and taxes.
